This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 24[th] March 2020, held through Video Conferencing, has appointed Ms. Padmaja Krishnan (DIN: 03155610) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Women Independent Director of the Company with effect from 24[th] March 2020 on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Padmaja Krishnan’s appointment as Independent Director for the period of Five years is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.

Ms. Padmaja Krishnan does not hold any share in the Company as on date.

Ms. Padmaja Krishnan is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Ms. Padmaja Krishnan is not de-barred from holding office of Director by virtue of any Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) order or any other such statutory authority.

Brief Profile of Ms. Padmaja Krishnan

Ms. Padmaja Krishnan, holds M.Phil in Computer & Systems Sciences from School of Computer & Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University and has completed her graduation in B.Sc(H) and postgraduation in M.Sc Physics from University of Delhi.

Ms. Padmaja Krishnan has been on the Board of Emerging Edges Consultants Private Limited since 2010. She is a certified coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a certified TickIT Lead Assessor from UK, a Certified Corporate Director by Institute of Directors and acts as a Guest Faculty for MBA programs at FMS, BIMTECH and NIFM.
