Neste Corporation has on 30 April 2026 transferred a total of 8 602 treasury
shares without consideration to the participants of Neste Group's Restricted
Share Plan 2023-2025 as share rewards based on the terms and conditions of the
plan. The plan is part of the share-based incentive scheme 2022 of Neste,
announced with a stock exchange release on 10 February 2022.

The transfer of own shares is implemented as a directed share issue without
consideration based on a decision made by the Board of Directors of Neste
Corporation. The decision of the Board of Directors is based on a share issue
authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 March
2026.

After this transfer of own shares Neste Corporation holds 928 397 own shares.
