Neste Oil issues EUR 300 million bond issue

Neste Oil Corporation has issued an EUR 300 million bond issue. The 5-year bond
carries a coupon of 4.875%.

The bond offering was oversubscribed with a total order-book of approximately
EUR 860 million and bonds were allocated to more than 130 investors. The bonds
will be listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Nordea Markets acted as Joint Bookrunners for the
transaction.
