Changes to NCC's Nomination Committee
Sussi Kvart, representing Handelsbanken Funds, will become a new member of NCC's Nomination Committee. Peter Guve, representing AMF/AMF Funds, will leave the Nomination Committee on account of ownership changes.
Following these changes, NCC's Nomination Committee consists of Viveca Ax:son Johnson (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Chairman of the Board of Nordstjernan AB; Simon Blecher, Asset Manager Carnegie Funds; Mats Gustafsson, Asset Manager Lannebo Funds; and Sussi Kvart, Handelsbanken Funds.
Accordingly, the composition of the Nomination Committee reflects the ownership in NCC.
