Conversion of shares in NCC AB, April 2026

According to NCC's articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

During April 2026, 19,040 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 160,768,086.

The total number of registered shares in the company amount to 99,760,956 of which 6,778,570 are Series A and 92,982,386 are Series B. NCC holds 1,968,589 Series B shares in treasury.
