Håkan Broman appointed new Senior Legal Counsel at NCC

Håkan Broman has been appointed the new Senior Legal Counsel of NCC AB, succeeding Ulf Wallin. He will take up his new position on January 1, 2009.

Born in 1962, Håkan Broman has a B.A. and Master of Laws, and has been employed by NCC since 2000. He joined NCC as a corporate lawyer within what was formerly the NCC International Projects business area.

During his time at NCC, Håkan Broman has mainly worked as a lawyer involved in major international projects, in such regions as Southeast Asia and Central America. NCC International Projects was discontinued as a business area in 2004 and, in recent years, his work has involved the completion of these international projects and work within the NCC Property Development business area. Håkan Broman will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Olle Ehrlén, and be a member of NCC's Group Management.

Håkan Broman succeeds Ulf Wallin who, after having worked for the company for 15 years, will be utilizing the right to retire in spring 2009, under his retirement benefit agreement.
