NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30 JUNE 2023

Milan, 28 July 2023 - Moncler S.p.A. announces that the Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2023, pursuant to Art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, approved on 26 July 2023 by the Board of Directors, have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, at Via Enrico Stendhal 47, at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, Section Investor Relations/Financial Documents) as well as the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "eMarket Storage" at , together with external Auditors' Report.
