Notice of publication of the documents for the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of June 11, 2020

Milan, 30 April 2020 - Moncler S.p.A. informs that the notice of call of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of June 11, 2020 is available as of today on the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at "11nfo" on , and will be published, as an abstract, on the newspaper "Milano Finanza" on May 1, 2020.

Today, also the report on the first and third item on the agenda (concerning the "Financial Statements for the fiscal year as of December 31, 2019 and allocation of the Fiscal Year profits" and the "Appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the term 2020-2022"), together with the information on the share capital and the proxy forms for the representation of shareholders at the Meeting have been made available at the Company registered offices, on the Company website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting") as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "11nfo" on .
