MONCLER S.P.A. NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Milan, 11 May 2022 – It is hereby announced that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Moncler S.p.A., which was held on 21 April 2022, resolved to distribute to the Shareholders a dividend of 0.60 EUR per share, gross of relevant applicable tax, that will be paid as from May 25 May 2022, with a coupon date of 23 May 2022 (coupon no. 8) and record date 24 May 2022, that is the date upon which the dividend becomes payable pursuant to art. 83-terdicies of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58.

Moncler S.p.A. furthermore announces that the Minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 21 April 2022 will be made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan at 47, Via Stendhal, on the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section "Governance/Shareholders' Meetings") and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" at the website , pursuant to the applicable law.
