Milan, 28 August 2024 – Ruffini Partecipazioni Holding S.r.l. ("RPH") informs that Grinta S.r.l. ("Grinta") has notified its termination from the consultation agreement entered into on 24 February 2024, effective as of 10 September 2024 (the "Consultation Agreement"). Upon the effectiveness of the termination of the Consultation Agreement, the parties will fulfil the relevant disclosure duties provided by applicable law.
