Further, the date of the meeting of the Board for approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the Quarter and Year ended 31[st] March, 2025 will be intimated in due course.

Accordingly, all the Officers and Designated Persons of the Company are hereby advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
