Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 22nd May, 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve:

1. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company with the report of the Auditor’s thereon for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026.
2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, officers and designated Persons of the Company and others covered under the Regulations from the closure of business hours on 31st March, 2026 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available after approval of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026.
