Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI and in accordance with the Policy on Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trades and Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the officers and Designated Persons/ insiders with effect from 01[st] April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours of declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31[st] March, 2026.

Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.

Further, the date of the meeting of the Board for approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31[st] March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
