In accordance with the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P /CIR/2023/124 dated 19[th] July, 2023, the Company has updated the information on CSDL portal for restricting the trading by Designated Persons("DPs") by freezing their PAN at security level.(INE064R01012)

Further, the date of the meeting of the Board for approval of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the quarter ended 30[th] June, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
