Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015") and Section 139, 141 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time, and subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, 09[th] August, 2023, has appointed M/s.Dhadda & Associates (Firm Registration No.: 013807S), Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) years from the conclusion of ensuing 50[th] Annual General Meeting up to the conclusion of 55[th] Annual General Meeting to be held in year 2028.

M/s.Dhadda & Associates, also appointed as the statutory auditors of the Subsidiary companies i.e. Modulex Modular Buildings Private Limited and Give Vinduet Windows and Doors Private Limited.

The Board has further decided to hold the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 26[th] September, 2023.

Further, details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 are given as Annexure-A.
