With reference to the captioned subject and further to our earlier intimation dated June 23, 2020 and June 29, 2020 informing the Board Meeting earlier schedule on July 21, 2020 (now postponed), please take notice that;

As we all know that COVID-19 pandemic has caused continuous lockdown in the Country which has resulted many operational challenges to the Company in preparation and finalization of accounts/ results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2020 and audit of the same. Further, pursuant to extension granted by SEBI vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD /CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24th June 2020, the Board Meeting earlier scheduled to be held on July 21, 2020 stands postponed/rescheduled and will now be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, please take note that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from April 1, 2020 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.
