Pursuant to Regulation 32 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’) read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November , 2024, we hereby confirm that there was no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds of funds raised through Preferential issue of Warrants , from the objects stated in explanatory statement to the notice of Extra Ordinary General meeting dated 13[th] November, 2024.

A Statement of deviation or variation for the quarter ended 31[st] March 2025, was reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 26[th] May, 2025 as required under Regulation 32(3) of the Listing Regulations. The same is enclosed herewith in the prescribed format.
