Change in Designation of Director:

Based on recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, the Board of Directors have approved the change in designation of Mr.Jayesh Sheth from Non-Executive Independent Director to the Whole Time Directordesignated as the Executive Director – Finance for a term of 3 (three) consecutive years commencing from 15[th] April, 2025 up to 14[th] April, 2028.

The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated 11[th] November, 2024, are provided in Annexure A.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1.05 p.m. and concluded at 1.35 p.m.
