Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Approval of the Board and Approval of the Members of the Company has been obtained at the 52[nd] Annual General Meeting held today on Thursday, i.e. 10[th] July, 2025, members has approved the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary (CP No. 12722) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024 (‘SEBI Circular’), are given in Annexure A to this letter.
