acquisitions including post mergers integrations.
She has expertise in Direct and indirect tax laws -
Indian as well as international taxation support
including Transfer Pricing compliance. She is
keen analyst with exceptional negotiation &
relationship management skills.
4. Disclosure of relationships between Mrs. Sudha Prajapati is not related to any
Director (in case of appointment of a Director of the Company.

5. Information required pursuant to BSE Mrs. Sudha Prajapati is not debarred from
Circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19. holding the office of Director by virtue of any
