Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14[th] November, 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve:

1. The Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company with the Limited Review report of the Auditor’s thereon for the Quarter and Half year ended 30[th] September, 2025.

2. The proposal for fund raising by way of preferential issue / private placement of securities for cash/other than cash, including determination of Issue Price subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of shareholders of the Company.

3. To approve the Notice of Postal Ballot.

4. To consider and approve the appointment of scrutinizer for voting process of resolutions passed through Postal Ballot

5. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, officers and designated Persons of the Company and others covered under the Regulations from the closure of business hours on 30[th] September, 2025 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available after approval of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30[th] September, 2025.
