- Appointment of Mrs. Rakhee Agarwal as the Non Executive Independent Women Director of the Company

a) Reason for appointment:

• Considering the varied skills and expertise of Mrs. Rakhee Agarwal, the Board considers that the association of Mrs. Rakhee Agarwal would be of immense benefit to the Company.

b) Date of appointment and Term of appointment:

• Mrs. Rakhee Agarwal is appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Women Director of the Company in the Board Meeting held on Friday, July 31, 2020 and term of appointment is for 5 years.

c) Brief Profile:

• Mrs. Rakhee Agarwal is MBA in Finance and has an experience of about 10 years in the field of finance. She has handled corporate Finance Advisory services, Debt Syndication, Project finance, Private Equity Investment, Credit Ratings and end to end servicing of the existing as well as newly acquired accounts of large and Mid-Corporate.
