Mineral Commodities Ltd (ASX: MRC) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Mineral Commodities Ltd (‘MRC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MRC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 14 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

MRC TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Mineral Commodities Ltd (ASX: MRC ) requests the granting of a trading halt in MRC’s securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an announcement in respect to a non-binding MOU with Superior Graphite Co (“Announcement”).

It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately and remain in place until the earlier of MRC releasing the Announcement or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 14 April 2021.

MRC confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
