Mineral Commodities Limited (ASX: MRC) ACN 008 478 653
We refer to:
- the appointment of Rob Brauer and Rob Kirman of McGrathNicol as Voluntary Administrators (Administrators) of Mineral Commodities Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (ASX:MRC) (MRC) on 18 December 2025; and
- the ASX announcement released on 20 January 2026 regarding the deferral of MRC's financial reporting obligations pursuant to ASIC Corporations (Externally-Administered Bodies) Instrument 2015/251.
Extension of Removal Date from the ASX Official List
Pursuant to section 3.4 of Guidance Note 33 Removal of Entities from the ASX Official List, it is the ASX's policy to remove an entity from the Official List if:
- the entity fails to lodge any of the documents referred to in Listing Rule 17.5 for a continuous period of one (1) year after the deadline for lodgement of that document; or
- the entity's securities have been suspended from quotation for a continuous period of two (2) years, whichever occurs first.
MRC has not lodged its full year accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, which fell due on 31 March 2025 and therefore meets the criteria to be removed from the ASX Official List.
The Administrators of MRC give notice that the ASX has determined to extend the date for removal of MRC from the ASX Official List to 18 June 2026, being six months from the date of appointment of the Administrators.
If MRC's securities are not reinstated to quotation before the close of trading on 18 June 2026, ASX has advised that MRC will be removed from the ASX Official List with effect from the commencement of trading on 19 June 2026.
