We refer to the appointment of Rob Brauer and Rob Kirman of McGrathNicol as Voluntary Administrators ( Administrators ) of Mineral Commodities Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (ASX:MRC) ( MRC ) on 18 December 2025.

Sale of Skaland Graphite Project

MRC advises that, on 5 March 2026, its wholly owned subsidiary, MRC Graphite (Norway) Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed), completed a share purchase agreement to dispose of its 100% shareholding in Skaland Graphite AS, which is the owner and operator of the Skaland Graphite Project in Senja, Norway, to LNS Holding AS. The purchase price is USD 8.75 million, of which USD 5.5m was paid on completion, with the balance held in escrow and subject to completion adjustments.
