VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST

Further to Mineral Commodities Ltd’s (MRC or the Company) request for a trading halt on 25 June 2021, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, MRC hereby requests the immediate suspension of trading of its securities by the ASX.

The Company requests a voluntary suspension to provide additional time to finalise commitments for the proposed capital raising the subject of the trading halt request. The capital raising consists of a proposed placement of shares and an underwritten entitlement issue to shareholders of the Company.

It is expected that the suspension will cease upon the Company releasing an announcement in respect to the proposed capital raising. The Company requests the suspension to end at the commencement of trading on Monday 5 July 2021 or when the announcement is made, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
