Mineral Commodities Ltd (ASX: MRC) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Mineral Commodities Ltd (‘MRC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MRC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 30 October 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Mineral Commodities Ltd (“ the Company ”) (ASX: MRC) hereby requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities.
The Company provides the following information for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

(a) The trading halt is requested as the Company expects to make an announcement to ASX in connection with an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer ( Offer ).

(b) The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:
-
(i) the Company making an announcement to the market regarding the outcome of the institutional component of the Offer; and
-
(ii) the commencement of trading on Monday, 30 October 2023.

(c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
