Non-Renounceable Rights Issue – Further Extension of Closing Date – Updated Timetable
Mineral Commodities Ltd (ASX: MRC) refers to its partially underwritten nonrenounceable pro-rata rights issue of one (1) new fully paid Share ( New Share ) for every three (3) Shares held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of $0.075 (7.5 cents) per New Share, as announced on 7 October 2022.
Further to the Company’s previous announcements, the Company wishes to advise that the closing date of the Offer has been extended from Friday, 9 December 2022 until Friday, 16 December 2022. This extension of the closing date is in anticipation of a further extension as a result of the Company’s undertaking not to close the Offer until at least 14 days after a Supplementary Offer Document and Chairman’s Letter (together, the Supplementary Offer Document ) have been sent to MRC shareholders.
The Company will provide further updates with respect to the extended closing date of the Offer in due course, pending the finalisation of a dispatch date of the Supplementary Offer Document.
The Offer timetable has been revised as follows:

*The Directors may extend the Closing Date by giving at least 3 Business Days’ notice to ASX prior to the Closing Date. Accordingly, the date the Shares are expected to commence trading on ASX may vary.
