EXTENSION OF REPAYMENT DATE OF SHORT TERM BRIDGING FACILITY
As announced on 16 May 2012, Mineral Commodities Limited (MRC) obtained a Short Term Bridging Facility (Facility) from Zurich Bay Holdings Pty Ltd (Zurich Bay).
In order to align the repayment of the facility with the current funding initiatives of the Company, MRC and Zurich Bay have agreed to extend the repayment date to the earlier of the first capital raising undertaken by MRC or 31 October 2012.
