TRANSACTION UPDATE
Further to the voluntary suspension requested on 3 October 2011 and the update provided on 12 October 2011, Mineral Commodities Ltd (“ MRC ” or “ the Company ”) confirms that the Company has now agreed with the Vendors of Cable Sands (WA) Pty Ltd and Cable Sands Pty Ltd (together Cable Sands ) to extend the date for the satisfaction of the conditions precedent to the agreement to acquire Cable Sands for a period of two months until 16 December 2011.
The Company will now continue to work with its advisors and the Vendors to satisfy the conditions precedent, including seeking to complete the capital raising as outlined in the Company’s initial announcement regarding the transaction dated 27 July 2011. The Company shall continue to keep the market informed of any further developments in relation to the transaction.
The Company requests that its shares now be re-instated to trading.
