RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mineral Commodities Limited (MRC) advises that Mr Andrew Lashbrooke has resigned as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MRC.
The Board of MRC would like to thank Mr Lashbrooke for his efforts and contribution throughout his tenure as CEO.
Mr Lashbrooke reported to Mr Mark Caruso, the Executive Chairman of MRC, and as such, Mr Caruso will assume the role of CEO in his executive capacity.
