Director Resignation / Appointment
Mineral Commodities Limited (MRC) advises that Mr Gregory Steemson has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue other interests. Mr Steemson has also resigned from his executive position with the Company.
Mr Steemson has been with the Company for a number of years and the Board would like to acknowledge and thank him for the contribution he has made to the Company during his tenure. The Board wishes him well in his future endeavours.
MRC also advises that Mr Peter Torre, the existing Company Secretary of MRC has been appointed as a director of the Company.
The Board will seek to identify a suitable executive to manage the Company’s operations, in particular the further development of its Mineral Sands assets in South Africa.
