Managing Director Appointment

Mineral Commodities Limited (MRC) is pleased to advise that Mr Gregory Steemson has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company. Mr Steemson has held the position of NonExecutive Director and has provided consulting services to MRC since April 2001.

Mr Steemson is a qualified Geologist and Geophysicist with an extensive background in exploration, development and management of mining projects and is well placed to lead MRC during its transformation into mineral sands producer.

Mr Mark Caruso, the incumbent Managing Director will move into a Non-Executive Director role and will now have sole focus as Executive Chairman of Allied Gold Limited.
