Ai sottoscrittori dell'IPO che abbiano mantenuto la proprietà delle azioni senza soluzione di continuità per i 12 mesi successivi al 28 giugno 2021 spetterà 1 azione gratuita ogni 10 sottoscritte e non alienate

MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), Phygital Analytic Company operante nel settore della customer experience, rende noto che in base agli impegni assunti nell'ambito dell'offerta finalizzata all'ammissione alle negoziazioni su Euronext Growth Milan delle proprie azioni ordinarie ("Offerta"), a ciascun aderente all'Offerta che abbia mantenuto senza soluzione di continuità la piena proprietà delle azioni dell'Emittente (codice ISIN cum bonus share IT0005450181), per almeno 12 mesi successivi al 28 giugno 2021, e a condizione che da tale data e sino al 28 giugno 2022 incluso (Termine di Fedeltà) tali azioni siano rimaste depositate presso un intermediario finanziario aderente alla Monte titoli S.p.A., spetterà il diritto all'assegnazione, senza ulteriori esborsi, di n.1 azione aggiuntiva ogni n. 10 azioni assegnate nell'ambito dell'Offerta e non alienate ("Azioni Aggiuntive").

Si precisa che l'assegnazione sarà automatica, non necessita di alcuna richiesta da parte dell'avente diritto e avrà luogo il 29 giugno 2022.

Agli aventi diritto spetterà l'assegnazione gratuita di n. 1 azione ordinaria MeglioQuesto S.p.A. – godimento regolare – codice ISIN IT0005450173 per ogni n. 10 azioni sottoscritte nell'ambito dell'Offerta.

MEGLIOQUESTO: AUTOMATIC BONUS SHARE ASSIGNMENT TO THE RIGHTS

To IPO underwriters who retained ownership without interruption of the shares for 12 months following June 28, 2021, 1 free share will be entitled for every 10 subscribed and not sold.

Milan, June 22, 2022

MeglioQuesto (1CALL: IM), Phygital Analytic Company operating in the customer experience sector, announces that based on the commitments undertaken in the context of the offer aimed at admitting its ordinary shares to trading on Euronext Growth Milan ("Offer"), to each participant in the Offer who has maintained full ownership of the Issuer's shares without interruption (ISIN code cum bonus share IT0005450181), for at least 12 months following June 28, 2021, and on condition that from that date and up to June 28, 2022 included (Loyalty Term) these shares have remained deposited with a financial intermediary adhering to Monte Titoli S.p.A., will have the right to assign, without further disbursements, 1 additional share for every n. 10 shares assigned as part of the Offer and not sold ("Additional Shares").

It should be noted that assignment will be automatic, does not require any request from the person entitled and will take place on 29 June 2022.

Those entitled will be entitled to the free assignment of no. 1 ordinary share MeglioQuesto S.p.A. - regular enjoyment - ISIN code IT0005450173 for each n. 10 shares subscribed as part of the Offer.
