MEGLIOQUESTO: ASSEGNAZIONE GRATUITA DI N. 618.777 BONUS SHARE

MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), Phygital Analytic Company operante nel settore della customer experience, facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data 27 giugno 2022, rende noto che - a seguito degli opportuni controlli - sono state assegnate gratuitamente complessive n. 618.777 azioni ordinarie MeglioQuesto S.p.A. – godimento regolare – codice ISIN IT0005450173 (c.d. bonus share).

Nello specifico, si ricorda che sono state assegnate - in base agli impegni assunti nell'ambito dell'offerta finalizzata all'ammissione alle negoziazioni su Euronext Growth Milan delle proprie azioni ordinarie ("Offerta") - n. 1 bonus share per ogni n. 10 azioni sottoscritte nell'ambito dell'Offerta a ciascun aderente all'Offerta che abbia mantenuto senza soluzione di continuità la piena proprietà delle azioni dell'Emittente (codice ISIN cum bonus share IT0005450181), per almeno 12 mesi successivi al 28 giugno 2021, e a condizione che da tale data e sino al 28 giugno 2022 incluso (Termine di Fedeltà) tali azioni siano rimaste depositate presso un intermediario finanziario aderente alla Monte titoli S.p.A..

La Società provvederà a pubblicare il comunicato di variazione del capitale sociale a seguito del deposito di avvenuta esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale presso il Registro delle Imprese di Milano nei termini di legge.

MEGLIOQUESTO: FREE ALLOCATION OF No. 618,777 BONUS SHARE

MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), Phygital Analytic Company operating in customer experience sector, following what was communicated on June 27, 2022, announces that - following the appropriate controls – have been assigned a total of no. 618,777 ordinary shares of MeglioQuesto S.p.A. - regular enjoyment - ISIN code IT0005450173 (socalled bonus share).

Specifically, it should be noted that - based on the commitments undertaken in the context of the offer aimed at the admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan of its ordinary shares ("Offer") - no. 1 bonus share for each n. 10 shares subscribed as part of the Offer to each participant in the Offer who has maintained full ownership of the Issuer's shares without interruption (ISIN code cum bonus share IT0005450181), for at least 12 months following June 28, 2021, and to provided that from that date and up to and including 28 June 2022 (Loyalty Term) such shares have remained deposited with a financial intermediary adhering to Monte Titoli S.p.A..

The Company will publish the notice of change in the share capital following the filing of the execution of the capital increase at the Milan Company Register within the terms of the law.
