MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), Phygital Analytic Company operante nel settore della customer experience, comunica la nuova composizione del capitale sociale risultante a seguito dell'assegnazione gratuita di 618.777 azioni ordinarie di nuova emissione (c.d. bonus share) e dell'assegnazione di 5.374.885 azioni ordinarie di nuova emissione, conseguente all'esercizio di n. 5.374.885 Warrant nel corso del Primo Periodo di Esercizio dei "Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025", compreso tra il 13 giugno 2022 e il 24 giugno 2022, termini iniziale e finale compresi.
Si riporta di seguito la nuova composizione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) a seguito dell'attestazione di avvenuta variazione depositata presso il competente Registro delle Imprese di Milano:

MeglioQuesto (1CALL: IM), Phygital Analytic Company operating in the customer experience sector, announces the new composition in share capital, following the free assignment of 618,777 newly issued ordinary shares (socalled bonus shares) and the assignment of 5,374.885 newly issued ordinary, following the exercise of no. 5,374,885 Warrants, during the First Exercise Period of the "MeglioQuesto 2021-2025 Warrants", between June 13, 2022, and June 24, 2022, initial and final terms included.
Below is the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the certification of the change filed with the competent Companies' Register of Milan:
