MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), Phygital Analytic Company tra i principali operatori italiani della customer experience, facendo seguito al comunicato del 15 ottobre u.s., rende noto che in data odierna si è perfezionata la conversione delle n. 10.879.500 azioni ordinarie in altrettante azioni a voto plurimo con emissione delle stesse sui conti deposito dei soci richiedenti contro annullamento delle corrispondenti azioni ordinarie.
Si ricorda che le n. 10.879.500 azioni a voto plurimo emesse sono dotate del codice ISIN IT0005507261 (differente rispetto a quello delle azioni ordinarie) e non sono ammesse alla negoziazione su Euronext Growth o su altro mercato.
Per l'effetto MeglioQuesto comunica la nuova composizione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato), in virtù del deposito presso il competente Registro delle Imprese di Milano:

MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), Phygital Analytic Company among main Italian operators of customer experience, following the press release of October 15th, announces the conversion today of n. 10,879,500 ordinary shares in same number of plurimum voting shares with issue of the same on deposit accounts of requesting shareholders against cancellation of corresponding ordinary shares.
Please note that n. 10,879,500 issued plurimum voting shares have the ISIN code IT0005507261 (different from that of ordinary shares) and are not admitted to trading on Euronext Growth or any other market.
