MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM) Phygital Analytic Company operante nel settore della customer experience, comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, di aver ricevuto in data 7 luglio 2022 da parte di Mahrberg Wealth AG ("Mahrberg") la comunicazione di cambiamento sostanziale della partecipazione con la quale quest'ultima ha informato la Società, ai sensi dell'articolo 12 dello Statuto Sociale che risulta detenere n. 3.486.047 azioni pari al 5,98% del capitale sociale.

MAHRBERG WEALTH AG INCREASES TO 5.98% OF SHARE CAPITAL

MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM) Phygital Analytic Company operating in customer experience sector, pursuant to art. 17 of Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulation, informs on 7 July 2022, Mahrberg Wealth AG ("Mahrberg") sent the substantial change in shareholding communication, with which informed the Company, pursuant to article 12 of the Articles of Association, holding no. 3,486,047 shares equal to 5.98% of the share capital.
