INTEGRAE SIM APPOINTED AS EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR AND CORPORATE BROKER

MeglioQuesto (MQSPA:IM), phygital marketplace which offers services and products through an integrated platform between physical and digital channels, communicates, pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, that it has received today from illimity Bank S.p.A. notice of withdrawal from the office of Euronext Growth Advisor ("EGA").
illimity Bank S.p.A. declared that it was renouncing the assignment as a consequence of the termination - not better specified - of the fiduciary bond established with the stipulation of the EGA Contract. illimity Bank S.p.A. will carry out its EGA activity until July 13, 2023 included.
The Company informs that it has appointed today - following discussions already started in recent weeks - Integrae SIM S.p.A. as Euronext Growth Advisor ("EGA"), starting from 14 July 2023, subject to release to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. of the declaration required by the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation, as well as the role of Corporate Broker.
