MEGLIOQUESTO: STATEMENT REGARDING THE RECENT STOCK PRICE MOVEMENTS
Milan, september 13, 2023
MeglioQuesto (MQPSA:IM), a phygital marketplace that offers services and products through an integrated platform between physical and digital channels, announces that it is not aware of any news, events or deals such as to justify the highly negative performance of the MeglioQuesto share in the last few sessions and in particular in today's session.
The Company reiterates what was already communicated to the market on September 7, 2023 with the the presentation of the preview data of 1H2023 related to the economic and financial performance of the Group.
Furthermore, in relation to the news appearing in the press relating to the administrative fine of Euro 10,000 imposed by the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data against the company MeglioQuesto Voice S.r.l. – 100% controlled by the Issuer –, for which the company has already implemented the necessary obligations for extinction, it is specified that this sanction refers to activities carried out in the year 2021 and 2022 and that since then no another sanction was imposed for similar behavior.
