MEGLIOQUESTO: L'ASSEMBLEA APPROVA IL BILANCIO AL 31 DICEMBRE 2021

L'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti di MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), Phygital Analytic Company operante nel settore della customer experience, si è riunita in data odierna sotto la presidenza di Jaime Torrents.

Bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2021 – approvazione e destinazione dell'utile

L'Assemblea ha approvato il Bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2021, deliberando la seguente destinazione dell'utile d'esercizio, pari a Euro 368.637: Euro 18.432 a riserva legale; Euro 350.205 a riserva straordinaria.

Bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2021 - Principali risultati

L'Assemblea ha altresì preso visione del Bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2021.

I Ricavi sono pari a 61,4 milioni di euro, +28% rispetto a 48,1 milioni di euro nel 2020. Il Valore della Produzione si attesta a 62,5 milioni di euro, in crescita del 26,5% rispetto a 49,4 milioni di euro nel 2020.

L'EBITDA si attesta a 10,6 milioni di euro, +58% rispetto a 6,7 milioni di euro nel 2020; l'EBITDA margin si attesta al 16,9%, in incremento rispetto al 13,6% nel 2020. L'EBITDA adjusted è pari a 11,4 milioni di euro (EBITDA margin adjusted pari a 18,2%).

L'EBIT è pari a 8 milioni di euro in crescita del 93,2% rispetto al 31 dicembre 2020 (4,1 mln), dopo ammortamenti e accantonamenti per 2,5 milioni di euro (2,6 mln al 31 dicembre 2020).

L'Utile Netto si attesta a 3,8 milioni di euro, +125,5% rispetto a 1,7 milioni di euro al 31 dicembre 2020.

Il Patrimonio Netto è pari a 20,2 milioni di euro, rispetto a 6,4 milioni di euro al 31 dicembre 2020. La Posizione Finanziaria Netta è pari a 6,1 milioni di euro (17,4 milioni di euro al 31 dicembre 2020).

Adeguamento dei compensi spettanti ai membri del Collegio Sindacale

L'Assemblea ha infine approvato l'adeguamento dei compensi spettanti ai membri del Collegio Sindacale, alla luce dei compiti connessi allo status di società quotata e all'adozione di un nuovo sistema di corporate governance.

MEGLIOQIESTO: SHAREHOLDERS 'MEETING APPROVES FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2021

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of MeglioQuesto (1CALL: IM), Phygital Analytic Company operating in customer experience sector, met today under the chairmanship of Jaime Torrents.

Financial statements at 31 December 2021 - approval and allocation of profit

The Assembly approved the financial statements at 31 December 2021, resolving the following allocation of the profit for the year, equal to Euro 368,637: Euro 18,432 to the legal reserve; Euro 350,205 to the extraordinary reserve.

Consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2021 - Main results

The Assembly also examined the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2021.

Revenues amounted to 61.4 million euros, + 28% compared to 48.1 million euros in 2020. The Value of Production stood at 62.5 million euros, an increase of 26.5% compared to 49,4 million euros in 2020.

EBITDA stood at 10.6 million euros, + 58% compared to 6.7 million euros in 2020; the EBITDA margin stood at 16.9%, an increase compared to 13.6% in 2020. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 11.4 million euros (adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.2%).

EBIT amounted to 8 million euros, up by 93.2% compared to 31 December 2020 (4.1 million), after depreciation, amortization and provisions for 2.5 million euros (2.6 million at 31 December 2020).

Net profit amounted to 3.8 million euros, + 125.5% compared to 1.7 million euros at 31 December 2020.

Shareholders' Equity amounted to € 20.2 million, compared to € 6.4 million at December 31, 2020. The Net Financial Position was € 6.1 million (€ 17.4 million at December 31, 2020).

Adjustment of the remuneration due to the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors

The Assembly finally approved the adjustment of the remuneration due to the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors, considering tasks related to the status of listed company and the adoption of a new corporate governance system.

The Minutes of the Assembly including the summary report of the votes will be made available to the public within the terms and in the manner prescribed by current legislation.
