MEGLIOQUESTO: RESULTS OF THE SECOND PERIOD OF EXERCISE OF "WARRANTS MEGLIOQUESTO 2021-2025" (JUNE 12-23, 2023)

MeglioQuesto (MQSPA:IM), phygital marketplace which offers services and products through an integrated platform between physical and digital channels, informs the completion of the "Second Exercise Period" of the "MeglioQuesto 2021-2025 Warrants", ISIN IT0005450207, between June 12, 2023 and June 23, 2023, including initial and final deadlines.
During this period, no Warrants were exercised; therefore, as of today there are no. 9,385,537 Warrants, which may be exercised in the exercise periods between June 10, 2024 and June 21, 2024 inclusive and between June 9, 2025 and June 20, 2025 inclusive, except as provided for in the warrant regulation.
