MEGLIOQUESTO: ANNUAL COUPON AND REPAYMENT OF CAPITAL FEE "MEGLIOOQUESTO 4.75% 2022 - 2026" (ISIN: IT0005496440)
COMMUNICATION PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR REGULATION
Milan, June 30, 2023
MeglioQuesto (MQSPA:IM), a phygital marketplace that offers services and products through an integrated platform between physical and digital channels, in relation to the "MeglioQuesto 4.75% 2022-2026" bond (ISIN: IT0005496440) issued for Euro 12,500,000.00, listed on the Professional Segment (ExtraMOT PRO) of the ExtraMOT Market managed by Borsa Italiana, informs that today payments have been made for:

annual coupon: the total amount of the interest coupon that will be disbursed upon maturity will be equal to Euro 593,750.00. The amount of the coupon is equal to Euro 475 for each of the no. 1,250 outstanding bonds, and the applied rate will be 4.75%.

repayment of the principal amount: equal to 10% of the total issued, equal to Euro 1,000 per single bond and Euro 1,250,000 in total. Following this redemption, the residual Nominal Value of the individual Bonds will be equal to Euro 9,000, and the total residual value of the issue will be equal to Euro 11,250,000. The minimum denomination is therefore equal to Euro 9,000.

Furthermore, following what was communicated on 06/13/2023, Meglio Questo S.p.A. announces that Integrae SIM S.p.A. successfully completed its verification activities and proceeded to issue the declaration to Borsa Italiana pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.
Integrae SIM S.p.A., therefore, will hold the position of Euronext Growth Advisor starting from 07/14/2023 included, taking over respectively Illimity Bank S.p.A. (who will hold this role until 07/13/2023 included).
