A tale data, massimi n. 3.488.065 Warrant saranno emessi, assegnati gratuitamente e inizieranno ad essere negoziati su Euronext Growth Milan, identificati dal medesimo codice ISIN (IT0005450207) e del tutto fungibili con i "Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025".

MeglioQuesto (1CALL: IM), Phygital Analytic Company operating in the customer experience sector, announces the Board of Directors will meet on next 6 May, to determine the detachment date for the purpose of the issue, in favor of all those who will be shareholders of the Company at that date, of no. 1 "Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021- 2025" each n. 15 shares owned.
At that date, maximum no. 3,488,065 Warrants will be issued, assigned free of charge and will begin to be negotiated on Euronext Growth Milan, identified by the same ISIN code (IT0005450207) and fully fungible with the "MeglioQuesto 2021-2025 Warrants".
