DIRITTI DI ASSEGNAZIONE DEI "WARRANT MEGLIOQUESTO 2021-25" ("GETOCOLLECT MEGLIOQUESTO")

RISULTATI DEL DECIMO E ULTIMO PERIODO DI ESERCIZIO DEI DIRITTI GETOCOLLECT (MAGGIO 2022)

MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), tra i principali operatori italiani del settore della customer experience multicanale, comunica che si è concluso il Decimo e Ultimo Periodo di Esercizio dei Diritti di Assegnazione dei "Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025" denominati "GeToCollect MeglioQuesto" ("Diritti"), ricompreso, tra il 1° maggio 2022 e il 31 maggio 2022 inclusi.

Nel corso di detto periodo, sono stati esercitati n. 4.687.276 Diritti e conseguentemente assegnati a titolo gratuito, sulla base del Rapporto di Conversione relativo al mese di maggio pari a 0,2610 n. 1.223.375 Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025, aventi godimento regolare e le medesime caratteristiche dei Warrant già in circolazione.

I n. 501.726 Diritti di Assegnazione di "Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025" (ISIN IT0005450199 - Ticker GTCALL) non esercitati entro il Termine Ultimo per l'Esercizio (31 maggio 2022) perdono automaticamente e definitivamente di validità.

In conseguenza di quanto sopra indicato, alla data attuale risultano in circolazione n. 14.760.422 Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025 (ISIN IT0005450207 - Ticker W1CALL).

Si ricorda che nel corso del Primo Periodo di Esercizio dei Warrant, ricompreso tra il 13 giugno 2022 e il 24 giugno 2022 inclusi, i portatori dei Warrant avranno la facoltà di sottoscrivere le Azioni di Compendio, nel rapporto di una Azione di Compendio per ogni Warrant posseduto (il "Rapporto di Esercizio"), ad un Prezzo di Esercizio pari a Euro 1,54.

Con l'occasione si ricorda che coloro che sono diventati azionisti della Società nell'ambito del Collocamento e che deterranno tali Azioni per un periodo ininterrotto di 12 mesi dalla data di inizio delle negoziazioni, avranno diritto all'assegnazione gratuita di Azioni Ordinarie della Società di nuova emissione a titolo di premio (cd. Bonus Share) nella misura di n. 1 Bonus Share ogni n. 10 Azioni.

ASSIGNMENT RIGHTS "WARRANTS MEGLIOQUESTO 2021-25" ("GETOCOLLECT MEGLIOQUESTO")

RESULTS OF THE TENTH AND LAST EXERCISE PERIOD OF GETOCOLLECT RIGHTS (MAY 2022)

Milan, 1 st June 2022

MeglioQuesto (1CALL: IM), one of the main Italian operators in the multichannel customer experience sector, announces that the Tenth and Final Exercise Period of the Assignment Rights of the "MeglioQuesto 2021- 2025 Warrants" called "GeToCollect MeglioQuesto" has ended ("Rights"), included, between 1 May 2022 and 31 May 2022 inclusive.

During this period, no. 4.687.276 Rights were exercised and, therefore, n. 1.223.375 Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025 were allotted, free of charge, based on the Conversion Ratio for the month of May, i.e. 0,2610. These Warrants enjoy the same characteristics as the Warrants already in circulation.

N. 501.726 Rights of Assignment of "Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025" (ISIN IT0005450199 - Ticker GTCALL) not exercised by the Final Term for the Exercise (May 31, 2022) automatically and definitively lose their validity.

Because of the above, at the present date there are no. 14.760.422 Warrant MeglioQuesto 2021-2025 (ISIN IT0005450207 - Ticker W1CALL).

It should be noted that during the First Exercise Period of the Warrants, between 13 June 2022 and 24 June 2022 included, the holders of the Warrants will have the right to subscribe the Conversion Shares, in the ratio of one Conversion Share for each Warrant owned (the "Exercise Ratio"), at an Exercise Price of Euro 1.54.

On this occasion, it is recalled that those who have become shareholders of the Company as part of the Placement and who will hold these Shares for an uninterrupted period of 12 months from the date of commencement of trading, will be entitled to the free allocation of Ordinary Shares of the Company of new issue as a bonus (so-called Bonus Share) in the amount of no. 1 Bonus Share every n. 10 Actions.
