MEGLIOQUESTO: DIMISSIONI DEL CONSIGLIERE INDIPENDENTE ANNA DUCATO
Milano, 4 maggio 2023
MeglioQuesto (MQSPA:IM), phygital marketplace che offre servizi e prodotti attraverso una piattaforma integrata tra i canali fisici e digitali, comunica che in data odierna l'amministratore indipendente Dott.ssa Anna Ducato ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni, per sopraggiunti ulteriori impegni professionali, con effetto immediato. La Dott.ssa Ducato aveva assunto l'incarico di amministratore indipendente il 16 Giugno 2021.
La Società ringrazia la Dott.ssa Ducato per l'impegno profuso e il contributo fornito quale membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione, in particolare per il fattivo apporto per il varo del piano di azioni sulla sostenibilità di Gruppo.
Sulla base delle comunicazioni effettuate alla Società e al pubblico, la Dott.ssa Ducato non risulta detenere ad oggi né direttamente né indirettamente azioni ordinarie di MeglioQuesto S.p.A..
La medesima non ha diritto a indennità o altri benefici conseguenti la cessazione della carica.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione assumerà le necessarie deliberazioni per l'integrazione dello stesso nella prima riunione utile.

MEGLIOQUESTO: RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR ANNA DUCATO

MeglioQuesto (MQSPA:IM), phygital marketplace which offers services and products through an integrated platform of physical and digital channels, announces that today the independent director Anna Ducato resigned, due to additional professional commitments, with immediate effect. Mrs. Ducato had assumed the role of independent director on June 16, 2021.
The Company thanks Mrs. Ducato for her steady commitment and valued contribution as a member of the Board of Directors, in particular for her effective leadership enabling the launch of the Group's action plan on sustainability.
On the basis of the communications made to the Company and to the public, Mrs Ducato does not currently hold ordinary shares of Meglio Questo S.p.A., either directly or indirectly.
As a resigning board member she has no right to indemnity or other benefits resulting from the termination of office.
The Board of Directors will pass the necessary resolutions for the appointment of a new independent board member at the first useful meeting.
