MeglioQuesto (1CALL:IM), tra i principali operatori italiani del settore della customer experience multicanale, rende noto di aver ricevuto in data odierna dall'azionista MQ S.r.l., titolare di n. 36.150.000 azioni ordinarie pari al 69,09% del capitale sociale, una proposta di delibera in relazione al terzo punto all'ordine del giorno - "Aggiornamento dei compensi spettanti ai membri del Collegio Sindacale" – dell'Assemblea convocata in sede ordinaria per il giorno 29 aprile 2022, alle ore 9:00, in prima convocazione, e per il giorno 30 aprile 2022, stesso luogo ed ora, in seconda convocazione.

MEGLIOQUESTO: PUBLICATION OF THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION ON THE THIRD ITEM ON THE AGENDA OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

MeglioQuesto (1CALL: IM), one of the main Italian operators in the multichannel customer experience sector, announces that it received today from the shareholder MQ S.r.l., owner of no. 36,150,000 ordinary shares equal to 69.09% of the share capital, a proposal for a resolution in relation to the third point on the agenda - "Update of the remuneration due to the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors" - of the Shareholders' Meeting called in ordinary session to on 29 April 2022, at 9:00 am, on first call, and on 30 April 2022, at the same place and time, on second call.
The above proposal submitted by MQ S.r.l. is available to the public at the registered office, on the website www.meglioquesto.it in the Investor Relations / Governance / Shareholders' Meeting section, and on the website www.borsaitaliana.it in the Shares / Documents section.
