NOTIFICATION

pursuant to art. 69 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1983) ("Act on Public Offering")

The undersigned Mateusz Janowski - legal adviser, attorney, authorized to represent Biofund, hereby inform that an event occurs which led to reaching and exceeding 33 ¹ /3% of the total number of votes in the public company - Medicalgorithmics.

1. Date and type of the event causing the change in share to which the notification relates:

Registration on November 29, 2022 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Department Economic, increasing the Company's share capital from PLN 497,638.50 (four hundred ninety-seven thousand six hundred and thirty-eight zlotys and 50/100 grosz) up to the amount of PLN 995,276.90 (nine hundred and ninety-five thousand two hundred and seventy-six zlotys and 90/100 groszy) ,,Event".

1. Number of shares held before the change and their percentage share in the Company's share capital and the number of votes attached to these shares and their percentage share in the total number of votes:

Prior to the occurrence of the Event, Biofund did not hold any shares of Company.

1. The number of currently held shares and their percentage share in the Company's share capital and the number of votes attached to these shares and their percentage share in the total number of votes:

Biofund currently holds 4,976,384 (four million, nine hundred and seventy-six thousand, three hundred and eightyfour) shares of the Company (which constitute 49.99% of the share capital of the Company) and they entitle to 4,976,384 (four million, nine hundred and seventy-six thousand, three hundred and eighty-four) votes, which constitute 49.99% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company. On the above the shares consist of 995,276 (nine hundred and ninety-five thousand, two hundred and seventy-six) series I bearer shares, 1,194,331 (one million, one hundred and ninety-four thousand, three hundred and thirty-one) series J registered shares, 1,433,197 (one million, four hundred and thirty-three thousand, one hundred and ninety-seven) series L registered shares. As at the date of the Notification, the shares have not been admitted to trading.

1. Subsidiaries of the notifying shareholder holding shares in the Company:

Not applicable.

5. Persons referred to in Art. 87 sec. 1 point 3) letter c of the Public Offering Act:

Not applicable - no contracts have been concluded.

In addition to the above, I point out that:
