Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that in connection with theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 8 June 2026 at2:00 p.m., a Management Board report referred to in Article 6a of theAct of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions forIntroducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and onPublic Companies (hereinafter: the "Act on Public Offering") has beenprepared.

At the same time, the Company informs that it has received the auditor'sreport prepared in connection with the assessment of the above-mentionedManagement Board report, in accordance with Article 6a of the Act onPublic Offering.

Attached to this report, the Company provides:

- the Management Board report prepared pursuant to Article 6a of the Acton Public Offering,

- the auditor's report regarding the assessment of the ManagementBoard's report.

The above documents were made available to the Company's shareholdersprior to the date of the General Meeting, in connection with thepreparation and implementation of the planned share issue.
