The Management Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that on May 15, 2026, itadopted a resolution regarding a recommendation to cover the Company'snet loss for the financial year 2025 in the amount of PLN 10,521,000.00(in words: ten million five hundred twenty-one thousand zloty) out offuture profits.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company indicates that thefinal decision regarding the coverage of the Company's net loss for thefinancial year ended on 31 December 2025 will be made by the AnnualGeneral Meeting of the Company.
